　　隨著全球化深入發展，文化交流與互鑒成為推動國際城市友好合作的重要紐帶，通過海報的形式展示亞洲各城市的文化特色、歷史遺產和創新成就，可以增進人們對亞洲城市多樣性的認識和理解，促進跨文化交流與對話。亞洲城市文化國際海報展活動之一中國和馬來西亞亞洲城市文化國際海報展——中馬兩國人民在漫漫歷史長河中創造了豐富多彩的文化遺產，為世界優秀文化增光添彩。中馬兩國友誼歷史深遠，2024年恰逢中馬建交50周年，為鞏固和發展中馬兩國深厚友誼，促進兩國文化交流與經濟發展，以國際城市海報作品展覽為契機，通過多元化海報和數字化傳播，傳達兩國城市文化和風土人情，利用城市海報創作尋求兩國文化和設計交融。
　　With the deepening development of globalization,cultural exchanges and mutual learning have become an important link to promote friendly cooperation between international cities.Showing the cultural characteristics,historical heritage and innovative achievements of Asian cities in the form of posters can enhance people's awareness and understanding of the diversity of Asian cities and promote cross-cultural exchanges and dialogues.One of the activities of the International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture is the Asian City Culture International Poster Exhibition between China and Malaysia.The people of China and Malaysia have created a rich and colorful cultural heritage in the long history,adding luster to the world's excellent culture.The friendship between China and Malaysia has a profound history.2024 coincides with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia.In order to consolidate and develop the profound friendship between China and Malaysia and promote cultural exchanges and economic development between the two countries,the international city poster exhibition is used as an opportunity to convey the city culture and customs of the two countries through diversified posters and digital communication,and use city poster creation to seek the integration of culture and design between the two countries.
　　此次活動，以加強中馬友誼為基礎，促進國際設計院校之間學術交流，鼓勵設計師、在校師生及設計愛好者參與活動。通過海報作品充分展示兩國獨特文化魅力和藝術風格，有助于推動創意設計與藝術產業的繁榮發展。通過優秀作品展示與文化傳播提升，讓公眾對本次活動不斷認識。它有利于提升兩國城市國際形象和知名度，吸引國際關注。通過專業交流，為兩國高校設計專業拓展提供新的實踐平臺。中馬海報活動，讓兩國專業人士交流思想、分享經驗，從不同角度了解兩國文化，為兩國之間搭建一座堅實的友誼橋梁，為未來兩國文化藝術發展注入新的活力。
　　This event is based on strengthening the friendship between China and Malaysia,promoting academic exchanges between international design schools,and encouraging designers,teachers and students,and design enthusiasts to participate in the event.The poster works fully display the unique cultural charm and artistic style of the two countries,which will help promote the prosperity and development of the creative design and art industry.Through the display of excellent works and the promotion of cultural communication,the public will continue to know about this event.It is conducive to enhancing the international image and popularity of the cities of the two countries and attracting international attention.Through professional exchanges,a new practical platform is provided for the expansion of design majors in universities in the two countries.The China-Malaysia poster event allows professionals from the two countries to exchange ideas and share experiences,understand the cultures of the two countries from different perspectives,build a solid bridge of friendship between the two countries,and inject new vitality into the future development of culture and art in the two countries.

　　2、參展作品的傳播、展覽、刊登、出版等使用權歸組委會所有，組委會在使用時對其作者予以署名；
　　3、參展作品須原創，不得有侵犯任何第三方著作權、其他任何知識產權或專利的情況。如發現不符合條件者，組委會有權在展覽任何階段取消其參展資格，收回證書，由參展者自行承擔相應后果；
　　4、本規則解釋權歸主辦單位；
　　5、所有獲獎和入選作品將頒發《亞洲城市文化國際海報展暨中馬建交50周年紀念活動》證書（由亞洲設計周和馬來西亞平面設計協會聯合頒發），同時，可接受國內外巡回展。
　　1.This exhibition does not charge any fees;
　　2.The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disseminate,exhibit,publish and publish the works,and the Organizing Committee shall credit the authors when using the works;
　　3.The exhibited works must be original and must not infringe any third party copyright,any other intellectual property rights or patents.If any exhibitor is found to be unqualified,the organizing committee has the right to cancel his/her exhibition qualification and withdraw his/her certificate at any stage of the exhibition,and the exhibitor shall bear the corresponding consequences.
